ifern9529 @kmmurra ok I’m not sure what’s going on. They sent me an email and I printed the shipping label and sent the item yesterday. Today I went in and the order with the number matching the shipping label I printed said canceled but there is another on my sales for the same item that is listed there.

kmmurra @ifern9529 yeah I'm not sure what's going on either. But I think PM isn't going to let the items send. Especially if you dropped them off day before yesterday. I haven't received any notification of them being sent. In the email they sent they mentioned one order still being active. If you receive the items back can you print the shipping info for the other order number then reship? I'm not sure what other solution there is from this point.

kmmurra @ifern9529 ok this is too weird!! I got notification a few hours ago that the order shipped. The package was at my house when I got home from work so I have accepted this order! I have no idea what happened with this order but thanks for keeping an open line of communication! :)
