Is the material stretchy? What size would you say it fits?

@classycloset710 it is a bit stretchy. The company says this fits size 00-0 and runs fairly true to size. I have not tried on this particular dress, but I own it in a couple of other prints and prefer a size XS or S for me, and I am usually a 4. I have tried an XXS but found it a little too snug for me, but it might fit a 2 ok.
