Ellie McCarthry Plum and Gold Blouse 3X

Plum and Gold blouse. Cap sleeves. Says is a 3X but I have broad shoulders and can’t get it passed my shoulders. Measurements are approximate: Arm to arm: 25”. Sleeve: 9”. Length: 30. All measurements are for a 3X but can’t get it over shoulders. Great blouse. Soft to the touch.
