@hebass2 hello, bust size laying flat is 14 inches across but the band size is adjustable as there is an elastic band!

@hebass2 I am 5’2” 32 c/d, 29 inches at waist and 38 inches across the hips. The dress fits comfortably around waist and hips and goes down to the edge of my feet. The band has room to accommodate for bigger band size easily.
