Johanna Ortiz inspired peplum ruffle bow tie front top. Definitely super gossip girl blair waldorf or even a southern belle type vibe. Saw this top all over pinterest so had to get it but I just dont wear it out much for how much I spent on it. The pleats on the top definitely need to be ironed so keep that in mind ( see pics ) but super cute and worn once
