ashleyhaan @dortiz31 Hi! I've added more photos to the listing. To answer your questions - the sleeves are not elastic, the waist measurement is 16", and I would recommend either using the at home Dryell dry cleaning kit or using a hand wash cycle on cold and hanging dry for care.
