New and unworn; they sent me the wrong size and it doesn't have a size tag, but based on the measurements it looks like an XL. 60" from shoulder to hem, 40"/102cm bust measured flat. Beautiful and comfortable, the fabric has some stretch and drapes nicely. The sheer panels on the sides, front v, and back provide structure and ease of wear with peekaboo style. Perfect for a tea ceremony, rehearsal dinner, or formal event.
