EXPRESS Suit Vest

Reposhing this item I purchased from @surgescloset. It was worn by a family member for their work uniform, and we had it taken in from a men's small to fit a WOMEN'S small. But I'm sure it could always be retailored again! It could probably also fit a child or teen. Work has changed and so we no longer have a use for it, but it still has plenty of life & apart from the size, looks identical to how it did when I purchased!
