🦋EXPRESS ROYAL BLUE FALL CROP TOP

Size small Royal Blue Crop Top from EXPRESS. I really only wore this shirt about 2 times and didn't wear it again. The two time that I wore it I put an under shirt and still looked like a beautiful blouse. The top area is a black lace. It is super cute and it's in great condition, pretty much new without tags. I bought it for $50 and I'm only asking $20 for it but I am more than willing to accept any reasonable offers.
