Used a few times, but in excellent, like new condition! Comes with straightener, charging base, charging cord, soft travel pouch, and hard storage case which I purchased separately. The storage case can hold the soft travel pouch, the charging cord, and the charging base. In the photos, all of those items are stored underneath the straightener.
