Lovely surplice top green dress, with wide elastic band under bust, flowy high-low skirt. Fully lined. Zipper on back for easy access. Would fit sizes 8-12, fits my 40" chest but would fit more or less , because of the cut off the top. Very flattering for a variety of body types.

cocomcfeisty @txmav411 I am also Busty, a 30H in Panache (I saw you sold some in your closet, lol). The black waistband is elastic, so it will adjust to fit you if your waist is thinner than mine. I'm only selling it because I'm trying to downsize for a move. Make an offer! Also- if you're interested in busty/curvy clothing for sale, I know a good facebook group that I could share.
