Has the dress been altered in any way? Also, is it the original length and not shortened? What is the length on this dress?

@robbiz hello, I did not alter it and it does not appear that it was altered at all by the previous owner. It is new with tags. I will measure when I get home from work tonight. It is a gorgeous dress, but just too low cut for me at my age
