New without tags, no lid for box, will ship without the box. If you can wear a Size 8 1/2 - we have a 9 in the closet and it will fit. It fits a size 9 but right there. The size 10 will fit the 9 or 9 1/2 (but right there). Never worn for both, got the same pair for my daughter and me. Ship same day or next day.
