Dr. Martens Cherry Red Patent Leather Dee Heeled Boots 14 Eye Sz 11 US Womens Cherry red, technically, patent leather 14 eye lace up boots. I say technically because they aren't the most absolute glossiest patent I've seen on Docs or any other shoe for that matter. They do have a shine unlike grain or pebble and are very smooth. Lace up front and side zip for the easiest on & off. Original boot laces. 10" shaft height. 3" block wood veneer heel, 1/2" to 1" platform under ball & toe is made of rubber. Air Wave technology and original foot bed inserts. Clean as a whistle. It appears they were worn once to a festival that had red clay mud...as I scrubbed the outsole thoroughly with a hard bristle toothbrush & the red clay insisted it is part of the story FOREVER. Super clean aside from the residual aforementioned clay in the very nooks of the tread. A few small hardly noticeable smudges on the back upper calf the kind only patent can get & once there, it's there. These have been thoroughly cleaned & conditioned with Dr. Martens Wonder Balsam. Interior Lining is flawless. Just nice clean boots. I added 2 charms. One is a black crystal flower and the other is a puffy cloissone doodad that's really beautiful.
