These pads contain: Step 1- Lactic, Mandelic, White Willow Bark, Chamomile. Step 2- Collodial Oatmeal, COQ-10, Tiger Grass, Resveratrol, Hyaluronic acid. Massage step 1 on freshly cleansed skin and leave on for 2 minutes Proceed to step 2 massage in over step 1 and do not rinse follow with your favorite treatment. Use 1 to 3 times a week.
