Double heart necklace 💕

So, my ex gave me this as a Christmas present two years ago. So I am not sure of the make or material. My best guess would be silver with non real diamonds around the smaller heart. But I can't make any promises. It might be missing a gem. Otherwise It's in great shape but I'd love to get it out of the house. The small tag says 925 DCN. I wish I knew where it was originally purchased from, however it was a gift. It would love a new home!💕
