So sad I missed this dress, kind of a whirlwind to find it…. It was originally listed for $595, and then completely disappeared off my likes and everything. I had to search your name to find the dress, saw that it said sold but that it sold for $810.
Bizarre that this item in particular just was gone, and you must have increased the price too.

I didn’t sell it for more- that was from a prior attempt and I can’t delete it for some reason
A consignment store nearby offered to sell it, so I took the listing down. If you’re interested at the price I listed, I can go get it and send to you (assuming it hasn’t sold yet)

I’m guessing the consignment shop is going to take a percentage of your asking price so I wanted to run this by you to see what you thought before you tell the consignment shop you have it sold

I just now saw your comment post of the 38, my Dolce is a 40 of the same era and it fits like a glove. I’ve not tried on a 38 before and if it fits more like a size 2 then it might not fit. Do you by chance know the flat-lay measurement across the waist? Mine is 13” across.

@amham2018 I don’t have the exact measurement, but I’m normally a 40 in dolce, and this one fit perfectly. I had a better zipper put in by an amazing seamstress and it released a small amount of the tightness.

@mollyp2018 I wanted to confirm the size though…. That’s my only concern. I saw the listing for size 4/6, which is standard for me but then I saw the size 38 and that someone else said it’s a size 2…. I’ve got hips for sure, my Dolce is a 40 and it fits real well 💃🏻💃🏻 but I’m scared a 38 would be too small. I’d hate to buy it and not not fit, that’d be terrible and heartbreaking!

And I totally trust your sizing, I just want to get a good feel for it before purchase 🙂 Based on what you’ve said I believe it would fit! I’ll add squats and burpees into my routine until it DOES fit 😂 I’ll keep and eye out daily for the listing!
