Doen Piper Ruffled Dress in a Medium. Color is Salt which is an off white. It looks white in the Saks picture but it’s not white. It did come with a belt but I’ve miss placed it so no belt. Worn once and retailed for $328. Made in India and is made of Ramie it’s dry clean only. Measures 34” from shoulder.
