Distressed Picture stand

This is a picture or memory holding stand. It is a distressed metal and has birds with strong paper clip type holders. Can easily hold 4 horizontal 4x6 pictures. Has a good strong rectangular base. It is distressed, but is in a like new condition. I got it and just never found the right use for it.
