Green chiffon dress with black straps

This dress is really cute and flows nicely. It is a size 6 and has a "c" written on the tag from the cleaners once. In the pictures, it is hard to capture the way it crosses in the back. If you want to see it on someone let me know. The black wait in the front can hang like in the pictures or be tide in a bow. Sits above the knees on someone 5'9" or taller
