Disney Cutie Cuff Sebastian from The Little Mermaid ! We were on the hunt for a few other characters so we had to buy a few blind boxes before we got the right one 🤭🤗 these are so cute. We put them on the stroller handlebars for our kids to play with. They were easier for them to hang onto than a stuffed animal. It was perfect. (Item has never been played with; box was opened then closed right away… also… item will come with box, but original exterior wrapping was thrown away)
