⭐️Denim skirt. Says size:large—but runs Small

Lightweight denim skirt—lighter color of blue. Says L on tag. I wore it once last summer. But I’ll measure—-has buttons down front! Waist: 15”, hips:19”. Length 17”. So, most of my jeans are around 15”around the waist; I don’t normally measure my hips for jeans. Denim is approximately 21” around at hem. Has 4 buttons on front and each side has a cute pocket. Plain back!
