Delfi collective lace up top

Reposh! Never worn by me, too small for my medium build. Delfi black and white semi sheer lace up top with peplum pleats. Long sheer sleeves and ruffles along the plunging lace up neckline. Ties loosely or closed. Zipper in back and pleated peplum layer. This is in new and unworn condition but with out the tags.
