illyyy @mmjajnndhtyet37 there are no major stains visible the dress would need to be cleaned especially for the bottom from touching the floor. there are loose beads here and there on the dress

illyyy @andoncan1 it is available. I try to get all my items shipped within a week during a week day. if something comes up my shipping window would be 7-14 days. this is a big item but I don't see a concern in shipping.

illyyy @andoncan1 the best I can do is possibly shipping it 2/24 or 2/25 with poshmark shipping and possible delays I can't imagine it not making it to you in time. do those dates sound okay? I just have to pick up my shipping boxes. I have things scheduled tomorrow so if I can fit in running to the post office it would be with the post office 2/24

illyyy @andoncan1 the waist will be good. my bust is 31 inches. I wore a padded bra and actually added another button to help cinch it on my bust.
