David Winter "The Keeper's Cottage" 2005 retired 2007. This Scottish cottage is part of the Neptune’s Staircase Collection. This beautiful pink cottage was handmade and hand painted in Hampshirite, England. Signed David Winter. It was designed to reflect the sleek simplicity of the cottages in the Scottish country side It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and has been displayed away from sunlight to assure no fading.
