Hi there, I received these shoes today. They are very cute and I loved the packaging and note. Can you explain to me how in the word to buckle these shoes though. I’ve tried everything. I attempted to hook them because the actually buckle is just super weird. I’m so confused. Something is amiss. Maybe I’m just a total idiot. lol. These are also really big! I may be able to work with that, but definitely need to be able to buckle them first. Can you help explain? I appreciate you!!
