Fits like a 28 but didn't notice much difference from the smaller/larger sizes. I can't begin to tell you how chic these pants are. Light enough to throw on over breeches at a horse show, technical fabric that's ridiculously flattering and seemingly stain resistant, and the perfect navy blue. It's all in the details with the embroidered logo on the waistband and back pocket. Subtle and classy!
