Cute dress from Forever 21

This dress is very cute. It is brand new with tags. I purchased it to wear for Easter and then I ended up wearing a different one. It is a light cream and navy blue. It has a little crinoline underneath so that it stands out a little bit. It is sleeveless. No rips, tears or stains. All my items comes from a smoke free home.
