Customers

Customers are precious to me. Not only because I earn money from them. But because each one has it's own unique needs. Each one has desires to acquire items that make them Happy and Confident. The world of Fashion must cater to so many different kinds of people. It's quite a challenge, especially online. Afterall, you can't touch the items, like you can in a store. You have to have trust to buy from someone you've never purchased from before. Great care must be given to obtain the Trust and Confidence of the Customer. The experience I have with each Customer, begins when I say, Hi! And doesn't finish until the order is accepted, a rating given and a Thank You from myself is delivered. A Customer should be "looked after" even after the purchase has been made. The experience I have with them, is just as important as they have with me. It leaves me feeling accomplished and happy.
