@alex_olmedo Working within budgets is something I really enjoy because I always try to keep my pricing as fair and competitive as possible. That said, with the rising cost of gold this year and Poshmark's 20% selling fees, it can be tough to offer a gold piece for under $400 (though this can vary depending on the design and weight). I just wanted to be upfront about that.

@alex_olmedo If you're interested in customizing one of the silver pieces in my shop, I might be able to accommodate something closer to your budget. Silver tends to be more budget-friendly overall, but depending on the design, some custom silver work can still be on the higher side. However, for the most part, I can usually offer more affordable options in sterling silver.

Yes, I love that ❤️ I’m glad you showed the chain. I would much rather have the silver as that is what most all my jewelry is. I only have a few pieces that are gold. Can you do just a little bit of gold in the design of the cross so I can have a touch to blend it with the gold I do have. If would be helpful if you could sketch a picture 🤗

@sjskogg I also wanted to apologize for the chain photo earlier - I had showed it in yellow gold and completely understand how that threw you off. I’ve updated it now so you can see it in silver now! Just to confirm, when you say “silver,” you’re referring to the white/rhodium finish (the same bright white look as the ring you saw), rather than yellow gold, correct (not sterling silver)?

@sjskogg If you’d like, we might can make this a two-tone piece so you have touches of both white and yellow gold blended together, or we can go entirely in white gold/rhodium finish for that clean, sparkly look. Either way, I want it to feel right for you. This is your custom piece, so we'll design it perfectly, just how you'd like it, before moving forward with anything.

@sjskogg So far, here are the details I've gathered so far:
White Gold 15.5" Cable chain (like photo) w/ 1" (possibly 1.5-2" if needed for round stones at the end
Clasp: (Spring ring, lobster claw, another idea?)
White Gold Cross as pictured (in Moissanite)
I want to gather as much information as I can before I give you the final price for the piece, so my apologies in the meantime!

@sjskogg Just updated it again but with a more refined photo. Not the best rough sketch, but you get the idea. We would just ensure the cross itself is yellow gold, the bail being fully iced, while the chain itself is white gold.
