Custom toddler dresses

These were custom made toddler dresses for my daughters one is 10 inch chest laying flat and 20 inches long I would say fits a 24 months And the second one is 10 1/2 chest laying flat and 23 1/2 length fits a 2-3t the only difference between the two are the bottoms on the front
