Custom made Reggie Brown black evening gown - size 4/6

This is a stunning custom made Reggie Brown black evening gown. I could not find any information on this gown or designer however there is a shop that does custom dresses with this name. There is no size tag but the measurements are - bust 17”, waist 36”, length 54”. My best guess is size 4/6 but please use measurements. Smoke free hone.
