Satin ribbon all around the waist with two satin ties on each side you can tie together , tie in a bow or just leave hanging . Most of this is lined with tiny flower print material underneath ,,the whole top of the blouse is lace ,overlaid on the flower print fabric underneath blouse comes down into a deep V to the waist .
