Cool 90s style print top

This top can be worn as is or tied at the front with high waisted shorts. I loved wearing it with high waisted jeans. Cool pocket detail and buttons all the way down. Very light weight and can be dressed up with a blazer! Very good condition. Brand is Van Heusen.
