tuddlepuff @p_joyceschoices When I saw that you have PFF, I really did cry. My Father-in-law was diagnosed with it about five years ago and was given five years to live. He's also in hospice care so I thoroughly understand what you're going through. Every time I talk to him he tells me it's no way to live and reminds me that we are more sympathetic to our pets. cindyella_xx Hi everyone! I’m fairly new to Poshmark. The first item I sold, shipped without an issue. but when I shipped the second one, the buyer is claiming that they never received it, but I have the an email saying that “the item has been delivered and accepted”. The buyer is now commenting on the item asking where the item is. What should I do?

dkramar I have a question. I ordered something a few weeks ago and it never shipped so I canceled. I ordered something else from another seller and I believe the same thing is gonna happen. I seen that the 1 seller was last active in August. No year. I've also asked questions and sellers have no responded. Can people just abandon their accounts? Its horrible when you lose out on another item waiting for the other to ship. Can you tell me more about this? Thx.

I ordered a listing and paid for it but it never shipped and the account is still there but appears to have been abandoned. I had to wait 7 days and then cancel it. I don't know for sure if there's a "time out" before an account is deleted but there should be! I did know an account can be deleted but the holder had to request it.

tuddlepuff @cindyella_xx Hello! The "reserved" flag happens when a buyer hits the "buy now" button as a way to reserve it while they put in their payment info. It should only last for 10 minutes, which should be enough time. If it remains beyond that, you can contact Posh Support.

To post them, just hit the "sell" button and assign zero dollars as the sale price and add whatever text you want as a description. Voila! tuddlepuff @christinefav Is a little convoluted but basically you go to the item in your closet that you want to share, tap and hold until the menu comes up, then hit share. Now you can search for a specific user and share to that person. Once you've done that, you can hit the menu at the top right and view your bundle, add more items to it, adjust shipping rate, etc. If you're selling, look for SELL at the top of the bundle listing. I hope this helps! 💖

tuddlepuff @kay_scloset You can screen capture it and then crop it with the photo editor as you do your listing. If you want it to stay at the top, share it last. What you want at the bottom of your listings, share those first. I don't remember if you have "sold beyond this point" tile but if you do, you would share that first so that all of your sold items would come after that.
