Is it scuffed ?

@robbh one pic shows the bottom corner of the purse where it looks like a scuff but I think whatever it is, would come off. It’s sort of sticky but I was afraid to try to get it off. It’s not noticeable though. The only “scuffs” I see are a few places on the bottom of the purse but overall it’s in VGUC!
