feistyunicorn Hi, my son purchased this bag over a month ago. He said he's reached out multiple times and the bag is yet to ship. if there's an issue can you please provide some kind of time frame. A month is ridiculous, especially with no kind of communication or update unless he messaged you. You told him you lost access to your account, yet you were active that day and days before. I need some kind of update or refund his money.
