I I own a similar jacket by Columbia in size medium
But it runs snug in the hips and waist
Hopefully this one is bigger
The hip across is 18.5
And the waist is 18 across

@tqagent seems to be between 20” and 21 going down the jacket with a lining that has elastic and stretches around the bottom
