Need a cute and colorful braided ponytail for your next special occasion? I got you! I took a navy blue elastic hair tie, added the hair, and started braiding! After that, the fun stuff: I decorated it with starfish and seashells!...and yes, glue will be used for most, if not all of my embellishments because that way they won't be going ANYWHERE.
