Cocktail Dress

Size Small black background with stunning and slimming pattern in bright colors of red, purple, blue, green, yellow and white. Boatneck. A short Colman sleeve. Elasticized waist with belt included makes it very comfortable! Each time I wore this, I got compliments! It's a soft, slinky fabric, not at all see through. Length 34". Waist 13" but stretches to at least 20 flat.
