The suede is in excellent condition, aside from the marks in the strap where the buckle sits. Only one hangtag, not sure if it originally came with two. Snap closure. The clip on the tassel is broken, I've been unable to remove it from the bag. I would not consider this a shoulder bag, unless you are slim and petite.
