@matana yes my heart is shattered. My daughter & I are having a difficult time, late January. Happened very fast. He was fine and then just got sick and went in hospital & lasted 3 weeks.

@carlotta808 Poshmark needs to quit with all the changes. They are not helpful. I'm tired of them limiting my comments on bundles. I hate the new screen setup for sharing. The shipping fee being lowered is great, but considering how much longer it takes for our buyers to get orders. It sucks!

@maucri I'm disappointed that they replaced the customer service agents with AI bots. I've been reading comments from sellers who've been scammed out of items that clearly were exactly as described. I'm afraid it's going to get worse before it gets better. The reduced shipping might not be the big deal we had hoped if it meant much longer shipping times.

@maucri, I'm so sorry. I have a poster in my closet about finger cramps. The struggle is real. Especially with the tiny buttons. Have you tried Voltaren cream? I use it for arthritis and it helps tremendously. I'm feeling the same way about Posh. I'd hate to leave my friends & customers. It's changed so much. I'm not a fast learner with tech stuff.

@maucri I use my phone for everything. I'm probably more proficient with the PC, but I'm lazy, and I like the ease of sitting in my recliner while I work. Since they changed the screen, I haven't been as share happy. I've almost ordered a couple of things because I was moving too fast. That definitely slowed my fingers. I would cry if I accidentally ordered a $10k necklace. 🤣

@pretty_ascanbee aww I’m so sorry, yes I know the lives really messed things up! But I felt things calmed down a little bit & some buyers came back to the closets. I try to switch up share groups every few days to try to get different exposure & I make sure to follow lots of blues every day, I hope that helps some😊🥰

@berlinshop18 @myfurryfamily I'm a newbie next to your closets. 😆 It sounds crazy, but I think customer perceptions are that lower priced items mean lower quality. I raised my prices and relisted stuff that's been in my closet for a long time. I also checked my style tags. Those are actually really important as Poshmark has a screwy search engine. Suddenly, the sales started happening more frequently, and the profits are better. 🤷♀️
