My closet is closed for business until at least the end of December, and that's a best-case scenario. Everything is in turmoil. I really underestimated how challenging it was going to be to move an entire farm, and then renovate to make it livable. Please bear with me during this crazy time. I hope to be back in the game soon, because I miss Poshing!

chicknthesticks @tezza630 It's so awful! If I was rich I'd hire someone to pack and move for me. I moved SO many times in the Navy, but a professional moving company always took care of everything. I swore I'd never move again, but life happens. I didn't get my horses until after I retired, and I swear they have more stuff than I do...

moremoetplease @chicknthesticks that's so frustrating! I know that once you start moving, everything will fall into place. I'm very much a planner, so it's hard when something like weather stops you in your tracks. In the meantime, more time to pack! P.S. thanks for your kind words 😘

chicknthesticks @belovedsparrow Isn't that always the case? It seems like they propagate when we're not looking. There are always more boxes to unpack, no matter how long you live somewhere, especially if you were exhausted when you moved there and stashed a bunch in the basement to unpack later. I'm sadly guilty of that,and I'm paying for it now... 😕

chicknthesticks @vicky_ymcagirl Hi Vicky! IKR?! 🙄 65 years old and moving to my own property was the most difficult, challenging and downright daunting thing I've ever attempted. And I'm failing! Do you know I still can't turn around in my third bedroom, which is supposed to be my Posh room? My barn is still not set up (my poor horses and donkeys are SO patient and accepting but I feel like I'm letting them down). I did take a break and flew to Vegas to see my eldest granddaughter 💕 Good luck with your move!

diamond_dealz I hope your move is going smoothly. I went through a move this past winter & I’m just getting ready to get my posh re-set and amped up again. Being over 50 & doing it on my my own took much longer than I anticipated. Sending you lots of great positive vibes 🥰

I moved an entire farm to a much smaller place, so I'm still not set up :( My animals have taken precedence, and lots of vet bills since I moved. Being single at my age is challenging! Your closet is really cute, btw 😉

diamond_dealz @chicknthesticks my daughter in law had gone through college to become a Vet, worked on large animal farms all through schooling to only develop late onset allergies; so I can imagine all your animals have been through with the move. I will keep you & them in my thoughts & prayers.
