Cinched Waist Western Buffalo Skull Print Dress

This dress has an elastic cinched waist and it's made of rayon/polyester/silk-type material. I bought it from another online thrift seller and think they may have washed it or stretched out the bust by accident, because the neckline puckers a little bit. For that reason, it would work really well on someone petite but with a big bust. There's a little slip layer underneath so with skin colored undies it should be fine on its own.
