Elegant tiered maxi dress. Features a square neckline and short sleeves. Perfect for any occasion. Just purchased and passing along. Just didn’t work for me. Runs small, imo. I’m a small/medium and this fits best for a true small,in my opinion. It was a little tight across my 36c bust and 28” waist. It does have smocking across those areas, so it does stretch.
