Chelsea & Violet One-Shoulder Cocktail Party Dress

In excellent condition, no signs of wear and all beads and sequins are attached securely. Hard to tell from picture, but right side (with the shoulder) has a lovely draping down the side. Layer of sheer black fabric over solid black fabric.
