everboutique @jenntucker175 It’s 15-1/4”. Keep in mind that there is no stretch in fabric.

jenntucker175 @everboutique Thank you!! That helps a lot as I’m using another jacket as comparison that it actually has very little stretch. I have a velvet piece from chasing unicorns. It has more stretch than the one I’m comparing it to.
