CeCe holiday skirt size small

Brand new with tag attached. The cutest red flowy skirt to use for the holidays. It's a size 2 and it hits right at the knee for me and I'm 5'1". 20.5" skirt length. Very nice detail at the waist and has a side zipper. Happy Poshing
