kat1717 @brindleracer66 thanks! :) I'll measure it as soon as I get home. The Catherine malandrino woman's size chart on NordstromRacks site is helpful too. It says the bust would be 42 inches.

kat1717 @jackiejulie the dress has very little wear on it. Slight pilling in the chest if u really wanna nitpick but it's not noticeable especially with the print of the dress. I think it's bc id wear a jacket with the dress but overall the dress is in great pre owned condition. $59 is my bottom line only bc I spent way too much money on it lol impulse buy.
