This dress has a 100% cotton shell, and 100% cotton lining. Slight fraying on back button loop reflected in price. Keyhole cut-out on back. This dress fits more like a US 2, with measurements below: 16" armpit to armpit 33" length from top of back to hem Wouldn't be selling if this were my size.
